About Me

Hello. My name is Raymond Wages. I have over 30 years experience in automotive retail, management, training and speaking.

I also hold experience with national speaking engagements and management positions with automotive manufacturers, retail multi franchise dealerships, and certified pre owned retail outlet ownership. Some of my specialties include: speaking, process improvement, management coaching and consulting.

Work Experience

I grew up in a family owned Mazda Volkswagen dealership working in every position, fixed and variable, up to General Sales Manager. Moving on from retail to the training space I landed in the Certified Pre Owned arena for General Motors, Ford, Lincoln, Jaguar, Land Rover and Hyundai with National Leadership positions while working for GM, Ford,Lincoln, and Hyundai.

Currently I am the Atlanta Region Consultant for the Ford Blue Advantage Certified Pre Owned Brand through Jackson Dawson Communications. I provide in-dealership and virtual services to grow the dealer’s business, increase market share and profitability. In dealership consultation and coaching of owners, management and staff in marketing Ford Blue Advantage. Strategic consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development for Customer Satisfaction, Process Improvement and Selling Skills implemented at the dealer level.

I have experience as a Jaguar Land Rover Academy Instructor for Customer Satisfaction Excellence, Certified Pre-Owned and Fixed Op's Process Improvement.
